Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Annual plans are paid upfront for a 12-month term. Neither plan includes a minimum commitment beyond the billing period you choose.
The AI maintains a 20% SOC buffer at all times and will never dispatch the battery to zero. For FCR participation, the operating window is kept between 40–60% SOC to ensure symmetric delivery capability. Safety constraints are hardcoded into the edge agent and cannot be overridden remotely.
