Get paid to stabilize the grid

aFRR (Sekundärregelleistung) and mFRR (Minutenreserve) are Bundesnetzagentur-regulated balancing programs: when a TSO needs more or less power on the grid, it dispatches to prequalified units. Commercial batteries respond faster than any thermal plant — and earn an availability payment just for being ready. encosa handles prequalification via regelleistung.net, automates daily bid submission, and manages SOC so aFRR participation runs alongside FCR and spot trading.

Does your facility qualify?

Most commercial batteries ≥200 kWh can participate in aFRR/mFRR via aggregation. We assess eligibility and handle Bundesnetzagentur registration.
